THE DIGITAL NOTARY: pricing list

Remote Online Notary (RON) Service

Fees are per notarial act (each signature that requires a notary seal/stamp) as permitted by New York State law.

First Signature

$25.00

Initial notarization fee - includes everything needed to complete your first notarization: identity verification, secure video recording, official notary stamp/seal, and full remote session support from start to finish

Second Signature (same session)

+$10.00

Additional cost per signature after initial $25 fee

Third Signature (same session)

+$10.00

Additional cost per signature after initial $25 fee and second signature at $10

Each Additional Signature (after the first three in same session)

+$5.00

Applies only to signatures beyond the first three and is added to prior total fees

Additional Signer Fee

+$15.00

Flat fee per additional signer and is added to primary signer's total fees

IMPORTANT:

  • No payment is required upfront. You'll only pay when the notarization is complete.
  • Documents must be signed within the same session to qualify for discounted pricing.
  • Fees apply to notarized signatures, not total pages or documents.
  • Each notarial act includes identity verification, secure audio-video recording, digital notary seal, and electronic document return.
